Terms and Conditions
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Customers that have already made a purchase are not obliged to pay the difference in case of an increase in prices. Argyros Travel is not liable for refunding the difference in the case of price reduction.
Prices only include features clearly stated in the respective section describing the service. Any additional services are available at the extra cost stated or upon request, based on the respective description.
All prices provided are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated. Lower pricing for children or infants applies when clearly stated at the respective service description.
Prices include local taxes. Prices do not include tips, personal expenses or personal insurance.
Booking & Confirmation
Every customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
Bookings will only be confirmed once the respective payment has been made by the customer (see paragraph below).
When a booking has been made through our website, customers will receive confirmation and voucher via email. This document must be saved as evidence of purchase and be presented on the day of the tour. The activity providers reserve the right to refuse service to any customer without a voucher.
Users are advised to check the details of the booking and should inform Argyros Travel immediately of any errors. Changes may be made up to 48 hours after booking as long as notification is received at least 7 days prior to the starting date of the experience booked.
All activities and services booked through our website are paid through bank transfers , PayPal or cash. Upon receipt of the payment, the customer will receive a voucher via email. The voucher must be printed or electronically saved, as proof of purchase, and be presented on the day of the respective activity to guarantee access.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case a customer may need to change or cancel an agreed service, this will incur no penalty provided that notification is received at least 2 days prior to the starting day of the experience booked. In that case, a refund will be granted, excluding any transaction fees by OTAs or local fees.
Our complete cancellation policy applies as follows:
More than 2 days prior to the starting date of the experience booked: Full refund, excluding credit card fees
2-7 days prior to the starting date of the experience booked:
50% refund, excluding credit card fees
less than 2 days prior to the starting date of the experience booked:
No show: No refund
In the event that Argyros Travel needs to cancel a booking, the respective payment will be fully refunded.
Refunds will be returned within 10 days of the cancellation date.
Customers should adhere to the time on their voucher. If a customer does not arrive on time, our provider will consider this a no-show, the activity will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. It is recommended that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the activity.
All matters arising are subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
