Booking & Confirmation

Customers must give correct details when booking.

Payment procedure: We will send you a payment link once we receive your reservation form.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been made and a receipt has been issued.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour's start time are not refundable.

Reservation changes are possible under extreme circumstances. However, if a reservation is changed to a future date and then cancelled, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

Punctuality

Customers should adhere to the agreed time and meeting point, as communicated by the hotel reception or directly from our office. Communication will be through a phone call, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, or email. If a customer does not arrive on time, with a maximum grace period of 2 minutes, the reservation will be considered a no-show. If the delay obstructs the road, our vehicle will need to depart. In such cases, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. We suggest arriving at least 5 minutes before the activity starts. If the delay is due to a medical issue, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Conduct and Behavior

Customers are expected to maintain a polite and respectful demeanor towards our staff and fellow guests at all times. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund. Please remember that we are all here to enjoy our time, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Privacy

The private information that the customer provides is solely for communication purposes between the customer and Argyros Travel on the day of the tour. This data will be deleted four days after the experience.

Payment

For new collaborations, we require full payment before the tour date.

For ongoing collaborations, we send a list at the end of each month for your approval. After approval, we send the invoice for payment.
